HSE MS Auditing.

Oil majors have long recognised the fact that the hole in the life boat is not the major issue. The real failing is that the management system, allowed it to happen. I agree with this. Too often, the operator fixes the hole, but not the system that allowed it to be there, so other issues are not resolved.

The HSE MS auditing adopted by Brunei Shell and subsequently, by corporate Shell, was developed primarily by Bob Green.

The same process can be applied to your company, to raise your standards and marketability, to those expected by the Oil Majors.

Vessel Auditing.

Vessel inspections and audits are offered to Shell, IMCA, (CMID) OCIMF (OVID) or other oil major requirements.

Crew Auditing.

Many vessel operators really don’t know how their crew perform offshore. If the client like them, it could be because the master is prepared to take risks. We offer crew assessment auditing either operational offshore or in your office as required.

Follow up service.
