Crewing is not a specific roll of Rolston Offshore. However, given the years of experience and a subsequent long list of contacts, there are times when we may be able to assist you in finding the right person.

One thing we won’t do, is offer you someone who has not been personally vetted and who we feel certain, is well suited for the job.

Emergency relief master

In the event of a master not being accepted by an oil major, we may be able to assist you to get your vessel back on hire by providing an emergency relief master.

By sailing with the regular master, hand over periods should be reduced allowing the vessel to commence operations as soon as possible.

During his period on board the relief Master will provide a comprehensive training package, to help raise the standard of your regular master to that which would be expected by the client.

The package includes:

- Relief master/training captain.

- Assessment of regular master.

- On board training given on the areas identified by clients or
during assessment.

- Comprehensive reporting provided.

Emergency relief master
