Regrettably, shipboard emergency response training usually only happens after the client identifies a weakness.  

 

We can help raise the standards on board and greatly improve the chance of a successful outcome in the event of an emergency.

 

Shipboard training consists of a mixture of:

-   Verification of crew’s current ability  

 

-   Verification of the suitability of the current emergency response procedures

 

-   Update of emergency response procedures where identified as necessary with officers and crew input  

 

-   Instruction on the use of equipment and procedures

-   Practical emergency drills followed by in depth debriefing and open discussions with the whole crew

 

 

 

 

Emergency Response training

Training sessions are concluded with a full report and recommendations being given to management.   Findings can usually be adapted to other vessels in the company’s fleet.
